Opera #2 (USTx, UST)

USTx/UST for Opera #2 by Vitas. UST and USTx are in CVC Russian (Heiden.BZR list + some additional Ilari-exclusive aliases). Both are divided up by phonemes, so don't use any phonemizers in the USTx. Also, be sure to check that the tempo markers aren't affecting the USTx's timing. There is a constant BPM but this is an older project with some weird tempo markers throughout.
