Vocaloader is a platform that allows users to upload, share, and download sequence files for vocal synthesis and music creation.

3. User Registration

To access certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate information and keep your account information updated. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password.

4. User Content

4.1 Content Ownership

Users retain ownership of the content they upload to the Service. By uploading content, you grant Vocaloader a non-exclusive, worldwide license to use, display, and distribute your content on the Service.

4.2 Content Usage and Attribution

When using sequence files downloaded from Vocaloader and posting them publicly (such as in videos, performances, or other media), you agree to:

  • Credit the original creator of the sequence file
  • Include a link back to the original Vocaloader sequence page where possible (e.g., in video descriptions, social media posts, etc.)

4.3 Prohibited Content

Users may not upload content that:

  • Infringes on intellectual property rights
  • Contains malicious code, viruses, or malware
  • Is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, or harassing
  • Violates the privacy or rights of others

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

5.1 Service "As Is"

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind.

5.2 Malware and Viruses

While Vocaloader takes precautions to prevent the upload and distribution of malicious software, we cannot guarantee that all uploads will be free from viruses or other harmful components. Vocaloader is not liable for any damage or loss resulting from downloading or using content from the Service.

Users are advised to:

  • Use updated antivirus software
  • Scan downloaded files before using them
  • Exercise caution when opening or using files from any source

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vocaloader shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Service.
